(INCOMING 6TH-CURRENT 12TH GRADE STUDENTS)
SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
USE FORMS BELOW TO REGISTER YOUR STUDENT FOR CAMP
1. Fill out all fields on "Summer Camp Registration Form".
2. Make sure to designate youth or adult sizes for your student's t-shirt.
(unless specified, all sizes are assumed to be adult sizes)
3. Click "Submit".
If you're paying in person, your job is done after step 3. If you're paying online, please complete "Camp Payment Form"
*Camp Payment Instructions*
1. Fill out the name of the student for which you are paying.
2. Select either Paying Monthly Payment or Paying in Full
3. Click Submit
4. Input the price that corresponds to which box you chose.
5. Click Check Out With PayPal
